Overview
Revision rhinoplasty is harder than a first nose operation because scar, missing cartilage, and altered blood supply change what is safe. It is not a complimentary polish and it is not booked the month after the first swelling drops. The surgeon needs prior operative notes if you have them, a waiting period measured in months, and a plan for grafts — often from the septum if anything remains, otherwise ear or rib. Breathing, valve collapse, and a scooped or pinched look are assessed together. Avenia Global will not promise that a second trip will deliver the first result you imagined.
Who it may be suitable for
- Adults whose previous rhinoplasty has fully settled and who still have a functional or structural problem
- Patients willing to share old notes, photographs, and a realistic limit on what scarred tissue can do
